Several components are required including a home marketing proposal course, a negotiations skill building course, advanced critique of an agent’s marketing presentation materials, how to employ the latest marketing skills in presentations and collateral materials, knowledge and usage of the latest technology available such as PDA phone or a Smartphone, and numerous other marketing and role-playing techniques.
Rose Davis is a Realtor in Prudential Georgia Realty’s Peachtree City office, located in The Avenue shopping plaza at the corner of Hwy. 54 and Hwy. 74. A Georgia native, she is a graduate of Briarwood High School and the Georgia Baptist Hospital School of Nursing. Residing in Peachtree City, Rose specializes in residential real estate, corporate relocation, military and airline transfers, first-time home buyers, land and investment properties in Fayette and Coweta counties.
In addition to the CMS, Rose already holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), the Certified Skilled Negotiator (CSN) and the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designations as well as earning her Associate Broker’s license.
