Division of The Georgia Department of Human Resources Now Occupying Kairos Development Corp.’s Jefferson Station

Authentic loft office space in East Point providing extra space for Office of Child Support

Kairos Development Corporation, developers of the historic Buggy Works complex in East Point, which includes Jefferson Station and South Central Station, is pleased to announce that a division of The Georgia Department of Human Resources, Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) recently signed a 10-year lease and relocated several of their offices to Jefferson Station.
The Office of Child Support Services will occupy more than 29,000 square feet of office space, providing ease of access for staff and residents, as well as streamlined processes for state services. Child Support Services is designed to help children by enforcing parental responsibility to pay financial support.
