Christy Cole Haddock, one of the Metro South area's most successful Realtors in the 2000s, has joined Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as assistant manager and a Realtor at the company's McDonough/Henry County office.
In welcoming Haddock to the Bullard organization, Steve Bullard, company president and owner, said, "We at Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty are excited to have this outstanding real estate professional associated with our company. "
Barry Buttram, managing broker of the McDonough/Henry County office, which is the company's highest producing office, said that Haddock will initially focus on sales development and recruitment.
Since 2000, Haddock has been with Keller Williams Realty Grand South in McDonough, serving as new home sales manager and consultant. For the past year, she has also been a team leader and business coach. Prior to going into real estate, she had experience in the banking and mortgage loan industry.
A graduate of the State University of West Georgia with a BBA degree in real estate, Haddock has lived in Henry County since 2000. She is married to John Haddock, associate manager with CVS Pharmacy in McDonough, and they live in McDonough with their two-year-old daughter Sarah.
She can be contacted at 770-914-9250 or by emailing chaddock@cbbullard.com.
The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization also has other offices in McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, and Newnan, and a separate but affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers.
The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in early 1998 and is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia and the largest real estate company headquartered between I-20 and the Florida line. Current Owner and President Steve Bullard has been with the company for more than 35 years.
Even during a challenging real estate market, the Bullard organization has continued to grow, having added three companies, Coldwell Banker Joe T. Lane Realty, Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty Associates and Century 21 Southern Crescent, through acquisitions since September of 2007.
