Lamb Leads Individual Agents for Bullard McDonough Office

For the third time in 2008, Tammi Lamb has been recognized as Individual Agent Leader for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's McDonough/Henry County office. This latest honor was for May, when she was also the No. 2 individual producer companywide.

Duane Lockwood was the month's No. 2 individual producer for the office, and Linda Jones was No. 3.

Lamb, who has been in real estate for more than four years, joined Coldwell Banker Bullard two years ago. A specialist in the foreclosure marketing area, she holds the RePro and CREO designations, and she earned the Bullard Certificate of Merit in 2005 and 2006. For 2007, she was named to the Million Dollar Club and earned membership in the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society.

A resident of Henry County since 1978, she is married with three children.

Magazine Honors Stacey Irwin as One of Atlanta's Best Realtors

Communities Magazine recently honored Stacey Irwin as a member of the this year's Communities 100, a designation recognizing Atlanta's leading Realtors across metropolitan Atlanta real estate boards.

Irwin, who had over $5 million in sales last year, is currently the broker for the Eagle's Landing Sales Center in Henry County.

A specialist in the luxury real estate market in Henry County, she currently handles listings for 14 different builders, as well as resales in the Eagle's Landing area.

Licensed in real estate for 24 years and a top producer for the last 15, Irwin owned and operated her own real estate company for 13 years, which gives her the overall knowledge of all aspects of real estate business, management and sales.

Irwin has earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and CRB (Certified Residential Broker) designations within the real estate industry and has a B. A. degree in business from Georgia State University.

The special Communities 100 designation was established in 1986 by Communities Magazine to recognize only the highest producers of the thousands of Realtors in the area.

The Communities 100 honors the top producing 100 Realtors during 2007 in each of the following three groups: those who are individual agents working for general brokerage companies, those who are team agents typically working for general brokerage companies, and those who are new home agents working for new home, on-site specialist companies. The company for which they work, along with their function within that company, determined placement within a category. Irwin was selected in the New Home Agents category.

Willis Joins McDonough's Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty

Sheri Willis joined Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's McDonough/Henry County office in April as a sales associate.

New to the real estate industry, she said she is very excited about beginning her career. She also works with United Way in Butts, Clayton and Henry Counties as the associate director.

Willis is a native of Newnan and a graduate of Newnan High School. Following high school, she attended West Georgia Central Tech, where she earned an associates degree in marketing and management. She then pursued a career in the business community.

A member of the Henry County Rotary Club, she serves on the Henry Chamber of Commerce's - Education Committee and Ambassadors. She is also a member of the 2008 Leadership Henry Class.

Willis has been a resident of Henry County for five years. She has an 12 year old son, Sterling, and they enjoy many activities together, including sports fishing as well as spending time together with their Siamese kitties and Shih-Tzu hound.

Irwin Named Broker For Eagle's Landing Sales Center

Career Nights Planned at Coldwell Banker Bullard McDonough Office

The McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty has scheduled Career Nights one Thursday night each month through November for persons interested in careers in real estate.

The Career Nights will be held on June 5, July 10, August 7, September 11, October 9, and November 6 from 6-8 p.m. at the company’s McDonough/Henry County office, located at 4295 Jodeco Rd., McDonough. Refreshments will be served.

Barry Buttram, managing broker of the office, urged those interested in exploring the real estate industry as a career option to attend one of the sessions. He said reservations should be made early, as seating is limited. Reservations can be arranged by calling Bunny Hopson or Anne Patrick at 770-914-9250.
