Exclusive Arden Gate at River Bend Offers Large Lots, Custom Homes;
Builder Offers $10,000 Incentive, Will Consider Trade on Current Inventory


With only 11 building sites, Arden Gate at River Bend in Newton County will soon be "The" address for homeowners seeking Old South charm close to downtown Covington and the easy access of I-20. The community, built by Buddy Austin of SanBud Builders, features wooded home sites that range from 1.4 acres to more than 7 acres.

Austin has announced a $10,000 buyer bonus on the sale of the two existing homes in the community. He will also consider a trade with prospective buyers, according to Coldwell Banker American Land Mart agent Ann Bell.
