SEVILLE INCLUDED IN MAGAZINE'S LISTING OF "HOT 100 GREEN THINGS ABOUT ATLANTA"

Carl Seville, owner of Seville Consulting, was recently included in Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Magazine's "Little Green Book" feature earlier this year, being listed in the publication's "Hot 100 Green Things About Atlanta".

The magazine noted that Seville "helps homeowners, contractors and architects incorporate sustainable practices into new and existing homes and creates healthy, efficient and durable environments through training, consultations and project administration".

Also included in the "Hot 100" listing was EcoLumina, another project in which Seville is involved. EcoLumina is the Showcase House for the 2008 Southern Building Show, which is coming up June 11-13 at the Cobb Galleria Exhibition Center. EcoLumina, which is under construction in Sandy Springs with the Hoots Group as the builder, is the fourth annual Showcase Home and will be the first Showcase Home to be LEED certified, a certification program of the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED, the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System, is a nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.

Building professionals will tour the house during the Southern Building Show, and following the show, the owners of EcoLumina will continue to open the house to trade, consumer and legislative groups in order to further their dedication to green building education. More information about EcoLumina can be found at http://www.ecolumina.org/.
