The free Dream Home tour, scheduled for March 15 – 16, will showcase seven custom homes in the Estate neighborhood. Each custom home combines the appeal of SummerGrove with luxury living. The homes are nestled on premium homesites with stunning lake or golf course views. And, in addition to touring some of Newnan’s most desirable homes, there will be a drawing each day of the tour for a gift card to The Home Depot.
Tour goers will start at the SummerGrove Information Center by picking up a
registration card and tour map. Then, take the card and visit designated designer model homes within the community. Visitors must bring the completed card back to the Information Center to be eligible for The Home Depot gift card drawing.
Homes in the Estate neighborhood on the tour range in price from the $500s to over $800,000, and feature styles ranging from traditional to cottage-style.
