Realtor Valerie Reynolds named Peachtree City Rookie of the Year for Prudential

Real estate professional Valerie Reynolds was recently named the 2007 Prudential Georgia Realty Peachtree City office Rookie of the Year.

Valerie joined Prudential’s Peachtree City office in The Avenues Shopping Plaza in June 2007. A Georgia Tech graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Computer Science, she has dabbled in the real estate market as an investor of rental property and land for five years – purchasing foreclosures on the courthouse steps and purchasing and subdividing land.

Valerie owned a Peachtree City-based computer graphics business for 12 years and has extensive hands-on marketing and business experience. Moving to metro Atlanta in 1978, she lived in Peachtree City for 17 years before moving to Coweta County, where she now resides. While 2007 was a successful year, Valerie has started 2008 with a great deal of momentum, selling nearly $1 million in real estate in January and leasing four properties.

Currently, Valerie is a member of an investment group which pools their money and trades in the stock market. She also oversees a $1.3 million investment portfolio as treasurer for The Atlanta Track Club Foundation. An avid runner, she has completed over 70 marathons and an Ironman Triathlon.
