The Atlanta 50+ Housing Council, part of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, will invite its members and friends to attend a council luncheon at Jim Chapman Communities premier Active Adult Community in Fulton County – Brookhaven at Johns Creek. The luncheon and networking event will take place in the brand new 5,000 square foot clubhouse on Dec. 10, 2008.
Rather than an educational program or meeting to discuss council business, this meeting is an opportunity for council members and friends to preview the homes and amenities that Jim Chapman Communities and Brookhaven at Johns Creek have to offer the 50 plus buyer; as well as enjoying some time networking with their colleagues.
The Atlanta 50+ Housing Council is a division of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association. The council is comprised of housing professionals specializing in catering to the needs of the fast-growing 50+ population and serves as the leading source of research and information concerning the latest trends in the housing market for the 50+ consumer.
