Owen, who jointed the Bullard organization as a result of the merger with Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty Associates, has a bachelor of science degree from Auburn University. She has also been a Delta flight attendant.
Active in real estate since 1979, she is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, has earned the GRI designation, and is licensed as a certified state-registered appraiser.
She and her husband Michael W. Williams are residents of Peachtree City and are members of First Baptist Church of Peachtree City.

Carol Owen is now an associate broker with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.
