Windsong Properties to Host Active Adult Homebuyer Seminar

Windsong will host an Active Adult Homebuyer Seminar on Saturday, June 28, 2008 at The Villas at Blackberry Run in Seven Hills, which is located in Paulding County. The seminar will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Villas' Clubhouse. Speakers will include Patricia Ann Bowen, a relocating specialist and Arow Flemmer, an interior designer that will talk about staging and decorating. The seminar is free and open to the public. Guests are asked to RSVP at 770-917-8082.

Patricia Ann Bowen is responsible for marketing and client relations with Get Ready for Tomorrow, a Senior Move Management and Estate Liquidation service. She has a Masters degree in Psychology and years of marketing, training and intervention experience. With her Operations Partner, Tome Schulte, she provides free estimates for what it will take anyone to ‘Get Ready for Tomorrow,’ including downsizing, selling, donating, packing, sorting and more.

“Moving is one of the most difficult and stressful events in life, especially when you’re downsizing,” said Bowen. “I’m happy to share with people how they can do what we do: get ready to move using a relatively painless process, and how they can find good homes for their treasures if they’re downsizing.”

Arow Flemmer is the owner of Under the Willow Interiors and has been running her own business for six years. She is one of four Accredited Staging Professional Masters in Georgia. Flemmer received her Interior Design degree from Lambuth College and has approximately 20 years industry experience. Flemmer has been staging home for four years and has staged homes with values ranging from a $92,000 condo to a $2.6 million estate. As part of a staging team, Flemmer was featured on two episodes of A&E’s Flip This House in the Atlanta market.

Features of the homes include private courtyard retreat with patio, ventless fireplace with gas logs, oversized Master walk-in closet, and cultured marble garden tub and separate shower in the Master bathroom.
