Simmel joins Teresa Schaefer on the Builder and Developer Services team at the community forming a unique platform designed to efficiently manage the builder program. In this capacity, Simmel will work to create and execute the builder program on behalf of PEC Development Group and the builders in their communities.

Simmel was previously in a similar position with Jenny Pruitt New Homes Services.
