Caroline Simmel Joins PEC Development Group

– PEC Development Group is pleased to announce that Caroline Simmel has joined the company as a special consultant to manage lot sales for the developer’s project, Estates at Fernwood Creek, in Cherokee County. Simmel joins Teresa Schaefer on the Builder and Developer Services team at the community forming a unique platform designed to efficiently manage the builder program. In this capacity, Simmel will work to create and execute the builder program on behalf of PEC Development Group and the builders in their communities.

Simmel’s diverse background in advertising, marketing and sales offers a unique approach to project planning, land acquisition and disposition, as well as new business development with the commercial and residential real estate markets. Simmel was previously in a similar position with Jenny Pruitt New Homes Services.
