Teresa Schaefer Joins PEC Development Group

In this capacity, Schaefer serves as the liaison between PEC Development Group and the builders in their communities. As Builder Programs Director, Schaefer will be responsible for builder management, implementing and managing the architectural control process and new home community management. She will also manage the marketing and public relations activity for the company.
