Minka Fulton is the March Individual Agent Leader both companywide and for the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.
Frances Hess was the month's No. 2 producer for the Peachtree City office, and Donna Lasseter was No. 3.
Michelle Munda of the Griffin/Spalding County office was the company's No. 2 individual producer, and Tammi Lamb of the McDonough/Henry County office was No. 3.
Fulton, who has been in real estate for 12 years, joined the Bullard organization as a result of its recent merger with Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty Associates.
A member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, Fulton holds the GRI and E-Pro designations and is a Certified Previews Property Specialist. A member of the Million Collar Club since 1996, she has attended several Coldwell Banker conventions and earned a Bullard Certificate of Merit for 2007.
Fulton has a B.B.A. in marketing and is a member of Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church and the Rotary Club of Peachtree City.
She and her husband Mike, who live in Fayette County, have one daughter, Lauren, 6.
